How quickly will I receive my order? :
Orders received weekdays before 2pm will be dispatched the same day and will usually arrive the next working day. Orders received outside

Will a signature be required upon delivery? :
Yes, in order to provide the best and quickest delivery service to you, all items are dispatched via courier. A signature will be required.

Please take the time to read through the following instructions for your Spy Pen. The unit does come
with instructions but the following is a shorter and easier list to follow.

1. Playback of video. The number 1 question we are always asked is a problem with jittery playback of video. This is because
the user is trying to play the video from the Spy Pen, rather than transfer the recording to their computer. All you
need to do is locate the Spy Pen file on your computer by going to START then choose COMPUTER (or My Computer).
The Spy Pen will show as a removable disk. DoubleClick on the relevant removable disk and then DoubleClick
on DCIM then again on 100DSCIM, this folder then contains your Video and Photo files. You can then Drag and
Drop any of these files on to your computer. Please bear in mind if it is a Video file this can take some time.
THE SPY PEN MUST BE IN VIDEO MODE AND SWITCHED OFF WHEN CONNECTING TO COMPUTER.

2. Charging. The first thing you need to do when you receive your SpyPen is to charge it. All you need to do is plug
the unit into the USB of you computer. An extender cable is supplied for your convenience if needed. When
the Spy Pen is charging the indicator light will be red and flash. When the charging is complete the red indicator
light will stop flashing.

3. On/Off. Press on/off button for one second to turn unit on. To turn Spy Pen off press and hold on/off button for
4 seconds and all lights will turn off and the unit will automatically save the current file and shutdown.

3a. Video Mode. (The Spy Pen is sent to you in this mode.) The video/audio switch is located above the USB
of the Spy Pen. With the switch facing up, the Spy Pen is in video mode if the switch is positioned to the left.
In video mode the Spy Pen will record video and audio.

3b. To record Video/Audio. To do this turn the Spy Pen on in video mode (press on/off button for 1 second) The
blue light will stay solid. Then press and hold the on/off for approx 2 seconds, the light will turn red and flash.
The Spy Pen is now recording audio/video, to stop this press the on/off button once and the light will turn to solid
blue and video is saved. To turn the Spy Pen off press and hold the on/off for approx 4 seconds until light goes off.

3c. To take a photo. To do this turn the Spy Pen on in video mode (press on/off button for 1 second) The blue light
will be solid. To take photo press the on/off button and immediately release. The blue light will go out for 1 second
and then come back on again solid. Your photo is now stored and you are ready to take another.

3d. Audio mode.The video/audio switch is located above the USB of the Spy Pen. With the switch facing up, the
Spy Pen is in audio mode if the switch is positioned to the right. In audio mode the Spy Pen will record audio only

3c. To record Audio. To do this turn the Spy Pen on in audio mode (press on/off button for 1 second) The
blue AND the red light will now flash and the Spy Pen is recording audio. To turn the Spy Pen off and save audio
press and hold the on/off button for approx 4 seconds until light goes off.

Delivery:
All orders are despatched same day if the order is received before 2pm. Orders received after this time will be despatched the next day.

Standard Delivery: Royal Mail 1st Class Post (Signed For). If we receive your order before 2pm we will despatch your goods that day. Estimated Delivery time for this service is 1-3 working days.

Special Next Day: Royal Mail Special Delivery. If we receive your order before 2pm we will despatch your goods that day. Estimated delivery time for this service is Next working day.

We highly recommend our Royal Mail Special Delivery Service for total peace of mind.
IMPORTANT: All orders are delivered on a signed for service, there for if you are not available at the time of delivery Royal Mail will leave a card, it is then your responsibility to collect the goods from the local Royal Mail office.

Returns, Damages and Shortages:
If the product arrives to you damaged, incomplete or in non working order we will return your product for another in working condition. You must notify us within the first 7 days after receiving the product that you will be returning it for an exchange and we will be happy to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will ensure that you will receive a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We regret that we cannot accept returns when the non-faulty product does not arrive at SpyPen007 in a resalable condition. In this case we will not be able to offer you a refund. We will call you to arrange to send the product back to you and to take payment for the subsequent delivery costs.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. If your delivery is incomplete in any way you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the delivery, any claims after this time will not be valid.
Refunds:
We will not confirm that we have received your return. After receipt of your goods we aim to issue refunds within 5 working days. The cost of your item will be refunded to the Paypal Account used to make the purchase.

Warranty:
SpyPen007 warranties the Spy Pen for 1 year from delivery to the customer.
